The following questions will help us explain to our funding body which members of our LGBTIQ+ community are being represented at our Geelong workshops.

  • If you feel comfortable in sharing your information, it would help us with being able to offer feedback regarding LGBTIQ+ participant demographics and can also assist us with future grant applications for this project.

  • Completing these questions are not a requirement for workshop participation.
